Clean, neat & today. Well run hotel in a good location
All good

Friendly staff. Reasonable menu in the restaurant. Excellent breakfast
Storage for clothes in our room was poor. No hooks at all to hang jackets etc. Wardrobe hanging space was minimal. Bathroom was OK, but quite impossible to use the shower without soaking the bathroom. No door on the shower enclosure.

Excellent breakfast and excellent staff throughout the hotel (I had dealings with cleaners, reception and management and all were delightful and very helpful)
Hotel needs a bit of TLC. Carpets in the hallway on the first floor looked grubby, and the overall impression of the hallway to bedrooms was tired and unwelcoming. Room was fine but thank goodness the aircon worked as the window catch was broken and it was impossible to open the window, Room had a distinctly musty smell, probably as a result of the window situation.

Not much to be honest.
The car parking spaces are way too small for today’s vehicles. We bashed our car against a wall and damaged the front bumper. Totally stressful and outdated rubbish car parking spaces.
There appeared to be no decent wines to choose from in the bar.
The bedroom windows don’t open properly for fresh air - not everybody loves A/C.
