Good cliff top hotel with comfortable yet small rooms, hotel is suited for wedding receptions, parties and afternoon teas, otherwise a lack of facilities. Good quite position, great views, (get a sea view room) nice front gardens, short walk to town.
Some staff are in need of training with knowledge of how-to poor drinks and interact with people. Paying £15 per night to park your car is a lot considering the room cost.

Good location for theatre in Bournemouth, easy to walk to. Lovely views from the outside bar terrace.
Hotel is very tired and could do with some modernisation. I thought our booking included breakfast, which would have been better value, but it didn’t and we had to pay an additional £17.50 pp. The breakfast served wasn’t really worth that. Hotel also charged £15 for overnight parking which is quite steep when you are staying in the hotel.
