Very clean property. Included drinking water supply. Included toiletries and room servicing/cleaning every other day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good security in the building. Staff were very responsive and accommodating with the requests. We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel suite. We slept v.well and felt secured. Very quiet where we were. Two-thumbs up. We're happy to go back again next year.
Some furnitures are bit dated. The sofa seemed a bit old, tired, and with sweaty smell. Tefal pots and pans had scratches, which ideally shouldn't be used any longer due leaching. Should have an in-house laundry, which would be very useful for long-stayers. No internet connectivity on TV. The internet can only accommodate 2-3 devices, and relatively slow, or I would say poor connections. We had to rely on our mobile phones for the internet.

The location is a major win—just a short, pleasant walk to the nearest mall, making dining and shopping effortless. When it came to starting the day, the breakfast spread did not disappoint, offering a fantastic fusion of Filipino, American, and Japanese culinary options.
To top it all off, the pool area is an indoor pool (perfect for rainy days!), wonderfully spacious and comes with the ultimate bonus: a relaxing, heated jacuzzi!

Good location. Property was clean.
I know this hotel 18 years ago. Back then it looked new and well maintained. Time passed and it is evident that it is poorly maintained. Bathroom looks old and other facilities in the room look worn out.
Parking is also not easy as the driveways are extremely narrow.
