Welcoming and helpful staff, food was quite nice. Very useful tunnel passage to the beach was quite unexpected and interesting. The view is amazing especially from the infinity pool.
cold pools even though the staff say they are heated. The room we were in was a bit "lived in", as in the carpets were quite stained and the balcony paint job was in need of a new coat for a good few years. Walls are quite thin you can hear the scraping of chairs and coughs from outside. The hotel assigned beach is very bad - had to skip it and go somewhere else every time.

The hotel is in a great spot..
But the staff feels like they are just there for a paycheck. Not really happy to be there. The food is not too great. They serve the exact same meals every single day. The baked goods use the exact same batter, regardless if its a pancake or a waffle or bread. They all taste the same. Over priced drinks
