Location. Quality of rooms. F & B.
Bathroom dated. Some of the taps did not work or were leaking.

Very small and cosy hotel. The staff were very friendly and it is only a few steps away from amazing coffee shops.
The room was very hot when we've entered the room with no window inside the room that can open for some fresh air.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet and accessible by lift. It was a short distance to the sea front, with a lovely promenade walk and amazing sunset views. As a solo female traveler I felt safe there.

Good location and rooms are designed well, very comfy.
I didn’t have hot water for both nights, despite sharing this with the reception nothing was done to rectify the issue. And nothing was done to make up for it (water was freezing). More an issue of service as I understand these things can happen.
