Location was excellent. Right next to the train station so didn’t have to drag our bags far. The view from our room was lovely. Reception was very helpful.

Mattress was hard. Pillows… omg terrible. Like slats of pine wood. Couldn’t sleep. Finally found softer pillows hidden in closet. Restaurant staff was typical Swiss, meaning a bit rude and sarcastic but they did their jobs.

Everything. Location was PERFECT. Just a few steps away from train station but on the “other” side of the tracks from the busy hub. View was AMAZING and quiet. Room was very comfortable. Staff were super helpful. Morning breakfast servers were among the friendliest that we had in Switzerland.

I didn’t expect to need AC in October but we did and there wasn’t any. We ended up keeping the windows open.

Great location. Literally steps away from the station and views across the Lauterbrunnen valley and mountains from the restaurant. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Stayed one night.

We probably had the smallest least vfm room out of the entire property, lower floor right over the railway line and busy footpath. It cost the same as our room at the Bellevue at the other end of town (which was full for our extra night).
