Very pragmatic, and surprisingly for Duisburg, very quiet.
The stairs are a little steep and I did not see an elevator, so if you are not fit, it might get a bit difficult. Does not apply to me, I am OK with the stairs.

Die Unterkunft war zentral für uns war alles erreichbar daher haben wir die Unterkunft gebucht. Die Empfangsdame war sehr nett.
Die Betten war sehr schmal und das Zimmer war teils nicht sauber auf der Deckenlampe rieselte der Staub runter und die Fensterbank war auch voller Staub . WLAN funktionierte wieder mal nicht. Die Luft war stickig nicht klimatisiert. Fenster kann man da nicht auf machen weil sonst gefühlt die Straßenbahn durch das Zimmer fährt. Doppelbett war gebucht aber es standen zwei einzelne Betten drin .

Ideal location for 1 night stopover , where we could leave our bikes safely in the inner courtyard. Nice breakfast . Tram stop right outside for going into Duisburg .

The receptionist was attentive!
It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. The room cleaning service was absent during our our stay. Self-check in is a bit problematic, you receive information about keys a day before during your travel and so it was hard for me to get inside the hotel while having no internet.
