Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka

Great location, not too noisy, comfortable, clean great facilities

The property was well located with walking distance to everything in Osaka. The apartment was roomy enough for 2 couples & very clean. The staff were very helpful & super friendly. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices. We were very happy with our stay at Fraser Residence.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at reception. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, attentive and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The location is excellent and ideal for exploring Osaka, with many restaurants, shops and entertainment options within easy reach. What impressed us in particular was the outstanding support from the team when it came to finding good restaurants or places to go out in the evening. Their recommendations, willingness to help and genuine engagement went well beyond what one would normally expect. The room was very well appointed, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. The staff was also always available to assist with practical matters, whether it was the television, the air conditioning or any other request. Everything was handled quickly, patiently and professionally. The service felt personal without ever being intrusive, and every interaction reflected a high level of hospitality and care.

Near station, good breakfast though pricey, comfortable quiet rooms, offer of a voucher if rooms aren’t cleaned.
