Would definitely recommend rooms that have access to the lounge as it is a lovely add-on in the afternoon, evening and for breakfast!

Response to fix our toilet was slower than hoped and they did upgrade and move us the next day but would have liked that to be the day I mentioned the seat was broken. Also rooms were a bit worn and could do with an update.

The perfect location to catch the Rapid train to the airport and to walk around in Osaka.

The rooms are a bit old, but still comfortable. Fine for one night stay.

Good location. Facilities are clean. Coincerge service helped with arranging transportation to the airport - this was a seamless process

1. Room service was horrible. There is no way to connect to inroom dining from the room. When I placed an order for food I was informed (quite rudely) that I have to pay for in room orders (staff refused to add the in room dining to the credit card on file, which was strange. 2. The second time i called front desk was to check if in-room dining could accommodate a specific request due to a dietary restriction. They promised a call back in 30 minutes which never came.
