Very good nice and clean though out and the staff in the restaurant are very good always there to serve with smiling thanks to all

The very friendly and helpful staff are the star of the show in this hotel. The rooms have facilities that are old but they are comfortable and VERY clean. The linen and bedding are very comfortable and FANTASTIC. So I gave it a high rating. Food is not cheap here. But it is yummy and I enjoyed it. The cutlery etc is basic not 4 star quality, but the staff are very attentive and helpful.

I was alone in my room, but the very helpful and kind housekeeping staff, who only wanted to help and ensure that I had everything, kept coming into my room under different pretexts. (2 different times) I’m sure that they had no intention other than to help, but as a woman, it made me uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable.

Breakfast buffet not good enough, room quality not adequate for an upgraded room, and most importantly - ITS A PATHETIC IDEA TO NOT HAVE LOCKS ON BATHROOM DOORS ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE GOING TO GIVE IT TO YOUNG FAMILIES WITH KIDS Rooms did not have soundproofing, floor was creaking, the door made a loud noise while closing....again these sounds disturb sleeping kids and create an uncomfortable stay. The room quality was well below expectations for us. Staff could not give us even a downgraded room.
