Had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Radisson MIDC. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and everything was in place for a comfortable stay. The staff was one of the highlights of the experience — everyone we interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options and good quality food. We also spent some time at the pool, which was clean, well maintained, and a great place to unwind after a busy day. Overall, it was a good stay with comfortable rooms, good food, a nice pool, and, most importantly, very helpful and courteous staff. Would definitely consider staying here again when in Mumbai.

The only area where I felt there was some scope for improvement was the service speed. At times, it took a little longer than expected for requests to be attended to. However, the hotel was quite full during our stay, so this was understandable and did not take away too much from the overall experience.

Food was subpar, they served the previous nights chinese food for next day breakfast and nothing was fresh. Coffee tasted like mud. The staff Melvin was quite rude.
