Staff super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and went out of their way to help with anything , please take up their food recommendations also the food was amazing!

Super friendly and attentive staff with a very warm welcome and easy ability to communicate. Many thanks to Chan, she is an absolutely lovely person. The great location, good facilities for the price.

Very central location to the old quarter in Hanoi, and the staff were super friendly and had a lot of recommendations in the area - good if you have just arrived in Vietnam and want to know where to go! Room was really big and generous balcony as well. Great for people watching :)
It can get a bit noisy outside but not the hotels fault! Just something to keep in mind if you need Quiet to sleep!

The staff were very friendly
The facilities are of a 2 star hotel.
We stayed on 2 separate occasions with a week gap between the 2 stays. On our first stay the elevator was broken and could only take 3 people. The week later, it was still broken and now could only take 2 people....
The AC was broken and they did not manage to fix that either.
When we checked out, they charged for a small blood stain from a scratch- never happened to us in any other hotel world-wide
