The hotel is lovely and the room was spacious with a very comfy bed and clean bathroom. Even though it’s in the main area of old town which can be very busy we didn’t hear anything when we was in our room ! The entrance, reception and dining area for breakfast are excellent which have been furnished very nicely !

Comfy room, great service, location was absolutely amazing and in the thick of things but the room was super peaceful and quiet so I slept great. Loved that my room had a tub!

We had a lovely stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful; and location is top-notch, everything is accessible via a short walk. We enjoyed our stay.

It's located right in the Old Quarter. We only stayed a day because we needed to transfer to a car the next day to head to Sapa and this was central enough that we only needed to walk a few minutes to the pick up location.
The decor is aged. We didnt like the bathroom because it's built in a way that allows the water from the shower to go in between crevices that couldnt be cleaned. The hotel left the window open to keep the bathroom from getting moist (for the same reason) but it was too hot in Hanoi so we had to close it. All in all i think the hotel needs a renovation.
