The Reception staff were warm and welcoming and acknowledged guests each time they entered or exited the hotel or passed by the Reception desk. They were extremely accommodating to our requests and needs and always very polite. Exceptional service, many thanks!
The room plan is odd with weird corners but obviously determined by the circular construction of the building itself. There is a doorstop which is attached to floor at shower entrance and no longer serves any purpose, it poses a hazard for people who may stub their toe on it. Also, why have hotels generally stopped providing toilet brushes???

Great CBD location and parking, clean quiet room
Room felt somewhat small and I don't think the heating in room was working too good
