Location, well appointed rooms and furniture.
We ended up with very dirty feet from the floor.
Suggest the kitchen floor needed a good clean. Tiles and grout looked and felt greasy.

Newly renovated, spacious apartment, fabulous location across the Rd from beach, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

Airport and beach location were great. We checked in on the weekend and we got really good clear instructions which were super helpful. Plenty of street parking.
Parts were really dirty - shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned from previous stays.
