location, space & parking. Good facilities ie washing machine, dishwasher etc.

Could have been cleaner. Inches of dust build up in room corners. Some questionable items under bed. Proximity to main road meant a lot of road/traffic noise so would suggest ear plugs for light sleepers. This pertains to our apartment in particular and I realise that the apartments closer to the beach would perhaps not have this problem.

This property was beachfront with a 15 minute walk into the Tugun shops. Location was ideal for my family of 4. Was very handy to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities as well. Would definitely stay again.

I would like to see the kitchen better stocked with standard cooking pieces (eg colander, salad bowl) & more than 4 of each item. When coming for a 2 night stay, either provide more detergent for washing after each meal or more plates , cups etc. I recognise the cleaning product is only a starter pack but I believe it is unrealistic to expect guests to buy detergent for a 2 night stay, especially when charging over $350 per night. Maybe the lack of detergent for the previous guest is why the cutlery was very dirty on arrival. Thank you to the very kind reception staff who lent me their colander (I left it on the kitchen counter). The owners are very lucky to have you running their property.
