We were greeted by the owner and were shown how to gain access to the facility . He also gave advice on best restaurants/sites to visit in Venice -He helped carry our luggage as well - everything was clean and tidy -bathroom was modern while the bedroom was quaint - the facility was in a quiet and private part of town yet close to everything
It was a little difficult getting up the flights of stairs- maybe more suitable for younger people? We happened to have a lot of luggage with us from a 3 week vacation-a little cumbersome to haul to the room and difficult to bring down at check-out - the room also needs a cabinet with drawers to store clothes-also, housecleaning wanted to come in when we weren’t ready to leave for the day yet

The location is very nice and quiet and the owners recommended us to take the shared water taxi to the airport in the morning, which saved us a ton of trouble leaving. There was a nice breakfast included in the morning as well. Had a great stay here!

Location is away of main crowds which is nice. Peaceful neighbourhood. The room was spacious and comfortable - bathroom is nice and big. Good breakfast selection. There is A/C.
The check in was confusing, not ideal after you are tired from long travels. The service felt unwelcoming and transactional.
I was also sent a fake link to pay online with all my exact booking details, which suggests they do not protect their guest’s information.

Battled to find the location. No one met us at all the 1st day. Still have no idea if they have wifi or any other services. The stairs to get to our room where ridiculous and badly built with downward angle, making it more likely to fall.

"The property is in an excellent location, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The people working at the B&B were very kind and generous in giving tips on places to visit in Venice."
