The location was fantastic, easy to find and a short drive from a major shopping outlet. We enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the view from our two bedroom apartment on the third floor. The apartment itself was nice, fully self contained. The ensuite off the main bedroom was a bit cramped, but functional. The large main bathroom with spa bath felt much better for mainstream use. The staff member at reception was kind and efficient.

This is an older property however we were very happy with everything. The self contained 2 bedroom unit was well appointed, spacious and had lots of windows with views in many directions. Check in was easy and parking a breeze under the building. We didn't have a chance to use the pool however we are booked to stay again next April, so we are looking forward to having more time next visit. The location is excellent and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Abbey was wonderful, very helpful and kept us updated via email and text messages.
When the lift arrives at floor level it drops a small amount before the brake is applied. Its ok once you ride in it a few times but gave me a small fright the first time.

The apartment was clean and comfortable,the location was good.Secure underground parking was good.
Some of the light globes needed replacing,otherwise all good.
