Nice one with good pool , location and greenery . Breakfast and housekeeping very good . Pooja from housekeeping very good . Breakfast staff very good . It’s a nice one
Small rooms . The reception are new or untrained . Not welcoming , not obliging , not interested and look at you like weirdly . No idea why , so first glance , I felt I’m in wrong place . But then Sushma the manager was very kind and she has great customer service skill . Another boy with glasses , it’s his first job , he was nice too . But the others , they need to know how to be warm and welcome people with smiles

Breakfast was amazing and extensive. The service was superb. Overall the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was stunning; the decor was incredible. The facilities of the hotel were amazing, from the gym to the dining area to the spa. Very aesthetically pleasing!
