We loved the fact that it was very welcoming, clean, the staff always helpful, and kept our room clean , fresh new towels most days, lovely diverse breakfast ,good location to every site of the city , lovely view from our window, almost perfect !!
For such a big prestigious hotel, we were surprised that we had nowhere to hang our wet towels, or jackets, no mini fridge in the room when there are bookings for families with kids, or offering a baby / toddler bed cot when there were so many families with small kids staying at the hotel at the same time with us...so isn't just a business focus hotel...

The location and cleanliness
The breakfast area is a bit depressing and not too many options. The coffee is not great at all

Very good location, a solid / albeit generic/ sort of hotel with all necessary amenities for a work trip. The staff was friendly and discreet, the room large enough with all the little comforts required
Some of the tech was dated, but other than that it was a pretty good stay.
