Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel & Residences

Had a wonderful experience at Hilton Gold Coast! The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it very convenient to explore Surfers Paradise. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast buffet! We were very impressed with the quality, variety, and presentation of the food. Everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent hospitality, cleanliness, and service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The facilities around the spa pool could be improved to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests. Additionally, I wasn’t aware that the hotel had a gym, as there wasn’t enough information or clear signage about its location. It would be helpful if guests were better informed about the available facilities during check-in.

Staff, Executive Lounge access & Buffet Breakfast.

The only downside was that we booked an Executive King Room South facing for our 10th Anniversary (first night away from our 4 & 6 year old ever), however we were kept awake until 2am by the doof doof music coming from the nightclub/s. we stayed on a Thursday night, couldn't imagine what Fridays & Saturdays are like.

Checking out was terrible. It took the staff about 10-15 minutes just to check us out. I keep on telling the staff that we have a plane to catch but she seems to be looking for something else in our account. All her colleagues checking out other people has already completed about 2-3 check outs but we are still stuck with her. Not sure what the problem was because she does not want to tell us. In the end , we almost missed our flight because of an extraordinary long checking out process.

Good room size, work desk placement could be improved. Lovely bathroom and shower and good views from room and balcony

Very noisy at night time, with curtains drawn and balcony doors closed there was really excessive noise from the surrounding pubs and clubs. We were 11 stories up and could tell which songs were playing until 3am each night of our stay. In the interst of honesty he hotel needs to improve it's soundproofing and.warn customers that there sleep will be disturbed until 3am. This didn't ruin our stay but it did have a significant impact on both nights
