Novotel Surfers Paradise

Perfect location, price and facilities

Location was great, view was awesome, room was good size

On arrival at our room it was noisy for most of the afternoon from work next door

had view of ocean and city.Very quiet room and good access to shops and restaurants.

nothing

The location was great and the balcony was small but cute, and the room was spacious.

I ordered a room with a spa bath and I did not get that. The I got the kind bed (two singles together), but the wheels on each of the beds were not locked, so the beds would continuously seperate throughout the night. There was also a banging noise above the room that sounded like someone drilling into our ceiling from the floor of the above room (it was a Sunday morning). Additionally, the glass shower screen was so short that water was making it out of the shower and into the surrounding parts of the bathroom.
