Nicole went about and beyond when we had dinner on the second night. She was so bubbly and friendly and great with the kids. Her service was excellent!

Beds were uncomfortable. I had also asked for early check in and asked for a room with double bed. This had to be pushed together. I had also hoped for a sea view but didn't get it.

Super friendly and helpful staff, location, and facilities. The breakfast selection was quite nice, amazing restaurant and service.

Honestly I am so disappointed that even with all the great things I mentioned above, my holiday was ruined by the room we got - it overlooked the restaurant’s ventilation outlet. When the window was open, there was a very loud noise from the ventilation system, as well as a strong smell from the restaurant. As a result, it was impossible to sleep with the window open until they turned it off late at night, and the room became very stuffy and uncomfortable. We also found it difficult to spend time in the room during the day because of the lack of fresh air. This significantly affected our stay and is something we believe the hotel should address, but providing two fans in the room is not the answer. I don't think this room should be offered to guests at all. The 'No Sea View' is an understatement. I admit i didn't speak with reception about it but honestly as new parents with lack of sleep the only thing we wanted during our stay was to get a little bit of rest. And even if we got another room, moving all the baby stuff and our things from one room to another was not something I would have been excited about.
