The breakfast was fantastic. So much choice

Nothing actually, if I was being picky the room could do with a freshen up

Great comfortable beds and lovely waterfall shower. Very quiet and relaxing room. Excellent location in city centre. Friendly knowledgeable reception staff.

Hardly any dairy alternatives or non pork alternatives at breakfast. When I asked for sourdough I was told It would have traces of milk therefore I couldn’t have it. I said I was fine with sourdough but this was refused. You should offer non dairy yoghurts, and more protein rich options at breakfast. Fruit salad would be great.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good-sized pleasantly decorated room, comfortable bed.

The rug in the room could have done with a better clean. Raised it with reception who were very apologetic and took it up with house-keeping.

The hotel has a nice lobby and we were allowed to check in earlier. But not many good points more unfortunately.

The hotel is very old, it was super expensive for what you get, the facilities are worn out, there was barely any light in the room on the lower floor, there was no information from stuff at breakfast on what we could order and we had to ask ourselves multiple times. Some staff working at breakfast were super unfriendly and unprofessional. The beds were not comfortable with hard old mattresses and light was very poor that you don’t see anything in the room. The door to the bathroom has a big glass so that the room is lightened up at night when someone is in the bathroom which is very unnecessary.
