Central location. Cheap room. Perfect for a place to rest your head for cheap after a night in Brighton. Clean. Get what you pay for would come again. 50 quid deposit taken and then returned a day later after check in.

Very clean, smelt lovely, bed was comfy. Perfect for a short stay

We liked the privacy that we experienced and the comfortable room. The central location was also a big plus!
The wifi wasn't very strong, kept on disconnecting..
It was also tiring to climb up all the flights of stairs each time we wanted to leave or return.

Location good although anywhere in Brighton would have been just as good.
Not very clean sadly and although this was a budget hotel there's no excuse for that. It's worth a lot less than we paid but clearly there was a conference due to start on the Monday so Kipps hopped on the bandwagon and charged far more than it's true worth. If you're backpacking this place is fine though.
