Jacuzzi room was really nice, very clean room as well with good facilities such as fridge and microwave within room and smart tv

They charge £25 for baby cot and this was not said beforehand when i was booking for hotel, also the bed isn’t very big and mattress is a bit too firm

I was really impressed with how clean the hotel was. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness was definitely one of the hotel's strongest points.

Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the comfort of the room. I stayed for two nights and barely slept on either night because the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It genuinely felt like sleeping on the floor, and the pillows were equally poor, offering very little comfort or support. Another frustration was the kettle provided in the room, which had a European plug. I asked reception for an adapter but was given the wrong one, meaning I couldn't even make myself a cup of tea during my stay. It's a real shame because the hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were lovely. However, the main purpose of staying in a hotel is to get a comfortable night's sleep, and unfortunately, that simply wasn't possible. As much as I appreciated the cleanliness and friendly staff, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again due to how uncomfortable the beds were. After two nights of barely any sleep, it's not an experience I'd want to repeat.
