Navigate Seaside Hotel

Comfortable, great bed, good view and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and opposite a great cocktail bar.

Location was ideal with a few shops in the vicinity and the beach immediately over the road. The hotel had a cafe on site which looked to be inviting, however we were not able to sample due to time constraints on our part. Lovely walking tracks along the beachfront right up to the wharf

The twin seats on the balcony were not fit for use so we avoided them. Ideally these should be replaced with something more appropriate.

The bed was really comfortable. The view was fantastic and the room itself was a fantastic base to go out and enjoy Napier from,

The only thing I would comment on was the room servicing. On the first morning we left the room for around 10am and returned just before 2pm and the room had yet to be serviced. Same on the second morning. We asked the cleaners what time they will usually get to our room, they said around 1:30pm. The next day the room was fully serviced, but the next it wasn't again. We stayed 6 nights, only two of those days did we get a full room service.

Everything. Absolutely nothing negative to say at all. Complimentary laundry was a bonus, not many places offer that!
