The staff were very friendly, thanks also to Fatima. The building is stunning, you won't want to leave! The breakfast was very nice and I had all my needs met with the room. I would have preferred a smaller pillow but that's just personal preference. Was travelling as a lone female and I felt very safe. Hotel Dar Sara organised the hotel shuttle and coordinated with the driver to my next stay also. Highly recommend this place. You probably can find cheaper places to stay but everything was guaranteed here and the place was very quiet so I could sleep easily.
The taxi / transfer services are expensive and i think there is room for being flexible with the price, i wouldn't use their taxi service at that cost as I managed to find cheaper but as Dar Sara was a fixed price I couldn't go with them.
No issues though really. It's a beautiful place and the location is fab.

The location, the staff, the room
They should improve the breakfast. The omelette portion is very small.

The staff are lovely, particularly Yousef who made our stay completely comfortable and helped us in any way he could, thank you Yousef. The Hammam was fun and relaxing. The room was comfortable and felt luxurious. The riad was beautiful and the location was very good once you found it!
Some of the communication could have been a bit better - we asked about spa treatments a few times before we had a reply, and we didn't realise we'd need a guide to help us find the hotel the first time we went there. There were inconsistencies about what services were offered in the hotel book left in our room. The staff helped to even it out, but it was inconvenient at times.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The riad is very beautiful and quiet, with a calm atmosphere and a good location close to everything.
The rooms were not heated upon arrival and it took a long time for them to warm up. The breakfast was very small and limited in quantity; for example, two people had to share a pre-chopped banana, which did not meet the expected quality

"Our stay at this riad was exceptionally enjoyable and seamless. Its greatest feature is the location in the heart of the medina-in an area that is remarkably clean, safe, and surprisingly quiet. The r..."
