Polite and helpful staff as always, the building and room were very clean. The lobby bar stocks excellent drinks including 5 sorts of Macallan. My favorite part of the place is the mehana (pub restaurant) downstairs. Free onsite parking is always a nice touch!
If you're staying on the highest floors then your room/apartment might have uncovered balconies which means you cannot sit out there if it starts raining. Most of the other floors all have covered balconies. Just a thought in case you are trying to dry something outdoors or want to sit out there.

Comfortable family hotel with good facilities for a family with young kids - playground, small pool, restaurant is decent. Staff was very helpful.
Nice view from the balcony and very close to the lift to Snezhanka if you want to go to the tower.
We were there in the summer and happened to stay at the same time as some organized kids/youth stays and they blasted music until late in the evening for a couple of nights. In addition - there were no bowls on the property, so we had to make oatmeal in coffee cups. The breakfast was nothing spectacular for the 12 euros you have to pay when booking through this site.

location was excellent, lobby nice and comfortable. the beds were super comfy and i loved the pillows.
best part that it is a combination of self catering and a hotel.
