Very nice place and the location is very easy and the food is very great and the staff are nice friendly people very easy to communicate with.

I really was surprised with the hospitality of the staff especially with France who was working at the desk. She accommodated us with anything we needed and made our experience so good that we will be returning there again... Thank you France... see you again x
I think the breakfast was a bit bland however the staff was so pleasant and friendly it didn't hinder our experience

Cleanliness and staff attitude was very good.
Breakfast needs to have more variety. Fruits and salads didn't always look too fresh. Oats has to be cooked separately so that guests can decide whether to include sugar or milk at their discretion.
Gym needs to be improved with better equipment and a more spacious environment. Improve TV service as well. Include table in room for work (to position laptop etc)

Breakfast was good and the staff were nice.
It was a hot day and the air conditioning was not working, the staff gave us some fans but it’s not the same. We also had such problems getting checked in, the hotel require photo id, they emailed this but it’s not common, I did not have my drivers license or passport and it took some convincing to get checked in.
