Grand Sapphire Hotel & Banqueting

Staff is helpful, room clean and tidy.

access to the rooms

Evidently a higher rated hotel. Spacious rooms, thoughtfully designed. Was definitely grand for its time. Appreciated the availability of halal food at breakfast and that this was generous with variety.

Attention to detail could be better especially pertaining to cleanliness. Heaps of dust were found around the windows and in corners, and droplets of dust on beds that suggested these had broken off places during housekeeping.

Staff was people friendly room was on point clean and lovely

I like everything breakfast was ok still everything was on point
