Cleanliness and Breakfast
WiFi gave us problems,we couldn’t connect Tv until it was our last day.Sadly,we did report but it was never attended!

The reception staff were great and the welcome drinks and bites offering was a nice surprise. Our room was perfectly clean and more than we expected. Having a gem like this in the social hub of Hazyview is great. The restaurants nearby are all good with great food and good service. we will definitely be back!
NOT THE VENUE, but the road noise at the restaurants is rather loud. If something could be done about that, it would be great.

Peaceful.
The room had a very bad smell. My eyes were stinging and i enquired if it was smoking allowed. She said no. But the room smelled stale and pungent. The manager arrived and claimed he could not smell anything. My eyes were burning. I was moved to another room. My eyes were both red in the morning from the short time I spent in the room.
