Great location, easy to get to and from whilst travelling between Falmouth and Truro
Bathroom a little smelly , floor near toilet had bad stain on.

Lovely old property and comfortable clean room. Very friendly staff. Windows kept the noise of the traffic to aa minimum.
Very close to main road which was very busy with constant traffic. If you had the windows open it was noisy unfortunately.
