Peaceful Scandi Garden room

I eat out

no tv ,separate shower room

The room was spacious but looked cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was powerful and hot. We loved the doors opening directly into a private garden area.

The room is very close to a railway, though the trains don't run too often and with the door and window shut, and earplugs in, we couldn't hear them.

It was in a very quiet location, very comfortable bed, great pillows, lovely host, good attention to detail, good size room with nice decorations.

would be nice to have bigger towels. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere on booking . Com that if we brought our dog, that we couldn’t leave her in the room. There was a small note on the book shelf in the room stating this, luckily we saw the note, can I suggest the note is put somewhere more prominent, where it can’t be missed. Anyway it didn’t matter to us, as we didn’t bring our dog anyway, but it’s just something people need to know prior to booking. I did email the owner to say we were bringing our dog, but got no reply, so if we had brought her with us, we would have been frustrated, Ofc I totally understand why the owner would not want the dog left in the room. Attention to detail is important But it wouldn’t stop us staying there again

Quiet

Couldn't use the toilet with any degree of comfort. I am left handed and the toilet is a centimetre from the wall on the left hand side. My fault as I didn't take time to check but no TV was a bit of a pain.
