The room is really small.

Male receptionist who booked us in on the afternoon of 10 October 2026 was enormously helpful and pleasant. Good location on edge of historic centre

1. Small rooms 2. Inconvenient placing of a bin under a protruding shelf in the bathroom in Room 15; I banged my head badly. 3. No kettle or tea or coffee making facilities 4. Hotel charged us 100% cancellation fee when we couldn't keep our booking for 5.10.26 because our flights were cancelled 5. Poor value for money compared with Airbnb apartments we used on other nights of our trip. 6. Noise from the street until the early hours (Room 15). Better glazing/soundproofing required
