Comfortable room
The door mat was worn and useless. Needed to wipe feet when entering the room because of the rain , but the door mat availed nothing.

There was milk in the fridge for a cuppa and the bed was comfortable
Very dated, carpet needed a good clean but the sheets and bathroom were clean
