Staff accommodating, easy checking in and out, spacious rooms
Bathroom door hard to push to keep closed, few quirks with fixtures and power points, smoke alarm was intermittently blipping due to low battery I think? No coat hangers in second bedroom, only 2 hangers from would be 5 hooks on the rails in main room,

most things were good a nice private sunny courtyard nice bed all necessary requirements
unfortunately there is no fan in the bathroom and this is causing them lots pf maintenance problems and leaving the bathroom in a poor situation with mould and rust visible. i have stayed here twice recently in different rooms with the same problem

Location okay, on edge of town. Easy parking.
Run down bedroom fixtures, bathroom floor bouncy, floor tile lifted, big step up into bathroom with no safety marker (easy to trip up or fall down). Couldn’t get kettle under tap. Sticky carpet in one room (it was 2 bedrooms, room 27).
