Cariblue Beach and Jungle Resort

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is also a big plus, just a short distance from the beach and close to many local attractions. Having restaurants on-site is another great convenience.

The internet connection was very poor, making it difficult to perform basic online activities, such as checking emails, browsing the internet, or even watching TV in our room. There was no room service or telephone to contact the front desk, and the beach area appeared to be understaffed, resulting in limited attention to guests. Additionally, an incident occurred that the staff seemed unprepared to handle, leading to a very disorganized and frustrating situation. What was particularly disappointing was that, despite how poorly the situation was managed, my friend received no proper support, follow-up, or formal apology from the hotel manager.

The natural surround is great

First the problem was that it wasn’t a possibility to pay at the hotel and they make you pay on a link, that is usually unsecure. I had my reservation here with my Credit card. And they send me a lot of messages tormenting me that if I didn’t do the pay by the link that they were going to cancel my reservation

Overall, I liked the hotel! What I mean is that with a little investment and effort, everything could be exactly like the photo posted on booking.com. The breakfast was good, but the staff wasn't up to par. I can't say anything about the pool, as I didn't use it.

The place is old! The ground-floor studio looks dirty due to the old construction, but the upstairs room is fine. The front door and terrace are very ugly and noticeably lacking maintenance. The breakfast was satisfactory, but the replenishment was poor. Furthermore, there was no gluten-free bread or cake. Staff was understaffed. I didn't use the pool.
