Sherwood Dreams Resort

It’s a beautifully maintained property. The food was outstanding and the variety at each meal was superb. The staff professional and helpful no matter the request. I want to acknowledge our housekeeper, Seyna, for the wonderful job that she did for us each day.

Nothing

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making our stay truly pleasant. The staff were absolutely professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Their excellent customer service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious and healthy options available throughout our stay. Every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and exceeded our expectations. The hotel activities were excellent and provided plenty of entertainment and opportunities to relax. Whether you wanted to stay active or simply unwind, there was something for everyone. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful beach. It was clean, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying the stunning surroundings.

I would suggest keeping the gym open for a longer period, as the current closing time of 18:46 may not be convenient for everyone.

2 bed family rooms were a decent size. Very clean, all amenities available. Food was good. Gym was a decent size.

Location, not close to anything bar a few shops. Turkish À la carte was not good. No air con, sun streaming in your face, small portions - we left and went to the buffet.

Its my second time in Sherwood dreams and I loved it before and still love it.. staff are really friendly and super helpful.. food variety and quality is really good.. one of the best in its category

Despite that almost everything was great I had the below disappointments which really can be fixed if a regular maintenance was conducted 1. There was some dirt coming out of the jacuzzi when you switch it on. Once I informed the reception they immediately offered to switch room. Which was a good gesture from them. Yet when I went to the other room, I asked them to try the jacuzzi before moving and the same problem was there.. so they sent someone to fix it in my room, and unfortunately it still have the same problem definitely need proper maintenance. 2. There was some maintenance out of the room and they left a lot of dirt outside. I have informed the front desk yet it was not cleaned out. Dust and cable cuts were all over the carpet at the entrance of the room. 3. Too many children playing in the lobby area and the bars and they were too loud..
