Clean and comfortable. Lovely shower and bathroom. Great selection of hot drink sachets available
The amount of stairs.
My fault but I’m disabled and struggled with the amount of stairs and a suitcase. No offer of help from staff which would have been appreciated

Location, extremely helpful staff. The staff completely carry this hotel
Room quite small and extremely hot and stuffy windows could only be opened slightly. Far too many steps (especially at our age)
