The host was very welcoming & the staff member that drove us to the train was very nice too. The host was very accomodating & helpful.
We had no car, so the Airport Pickup & delivery to the train station was very appealing to us & why we chose to stay there. (There was an extra cost with this though.)
The loud music from an establishment early hours of the morning & the night lights shining through the window all night.

Excellent location for us to catch transalpine railway - extremely clean - staff very helpfull - close to shoping centre and Speights brew house for first class meal

Comfy and tidy. Good location on a central line road but rooms were very quiet.
No info on the breakfast that was supposed to be included in our booking…

The location is good and very close to the places we visited.
There are orange cones in some parking area and it’s not easy to reverse a truck, the shower is too small and splashing water out.
