Very comfortable place to stay

Excellent location close to everything, super friendly staff, the room was very clean and comfortable, modern and newly renovated facilities, will definitely be back.

Room nicely warmed up for our arrival plus complimentary can of coke.

Road noise unavoidable on second floor but you soon tune it out.

Great location. Close to wolfbrook stadium & Westfield shopping mall. Not too noisy.Comfortable We received a complementary soft drink on arrival which was a nice touch. Was warm and had under floor heating

We were in a wheel chair accessible room. This meant that the shower was open the floor tended to flood. There was no where to store our toiletries as the basin had no vanity so that the basin was wheelchair accessable. The basin wasn't draining very well & the floor & wall tiles needed a good clean. The thermostat on the clothes iron was broken. One of the days our room wasnt serviced - the dustbins weren't emptied, we would have liked extra towels,as we had used some of our towels to mop up the floor and we ran out of toilet paper. The office was unmanned so we had to go to the mall to buy toilet paper.
