Maybe the cleanliness of the room as we found old rubbish from the previous guest in the cupboards,

We loved the recreational facilities and the very well kept gardens.
We did not like the room full of vending machines that pollute the world with plastic junk and cheap candy. We call these machines kids’ pokies. They are highly addictive and not kid friendly at all. Please remove them.

The indoor heated pool was fantastic! Even on days when the weather wasn’t good, the kids could get in and have a swim. The pool is big enough that lots of people can be in at the same time, without being on top of each other. Also, table tennis and table soccer in the function room provided even more entertainment. As for the cabin we stayed in, heating, fans, tv in living room and main bedroom, not much more you can ask for. Also, linen was provided without a fee associated. Bonus!
Little things. We didn’t have a pair of scissors in the kitchen, which I found unusual. While it was mostly clean, there was a used face washer left behind by the previous guests that had been missed by the cleaning staff.

The pool was great and the staff were nice
The cabins had mold on the roof in the bathroom and on the window sills and curtains.
The shower was extremely dirty.
