Close to town and nice and clean
The neighbours above us were loud with their feet stomping

Very nice appartments value for money also very comfortable.
A little old and the people above us very noisy. As it is an older building the floor boards not as would be in new buildings.

Location was good
Was a little dirty, marks on the mirror, a lot of dust in downstairs toilet, cobwebs on the wall in bedroom, toilet water runs when flushed, dirt marks on the couch, mould around the tiles in the spa, no tea towel to dry dishes. Front window on the outside was full of dirt and needed a good sweep.
