Hi Surf Beachfront Resort Apartments OFFICIAL SITE

The location is good, the facilities are good. The view was great from the balcony. We stayed in an unrenovated apartment so it was looking its age but it was clean and spacious and quiet.

There were small things not included that I thought would have been included with an apartment with a full kitchen. Things like tissues, salt/pepper, cooking oil - just things you need a little bit of but don't want to purchase the full thing for a few nights stay.

The view was amazing, nice pools.

The apartment was very sparse, just the very bare minimum of everything - only one blanket and 2 pillows per bed, no bedside lamps, no drying rack, no bag in the rubbish bin, nothing on the walls. Very large, echoey and cold.

The location for the airshow was great. The apartment was large and had a good layout.

1. Communication leading up to the stay was atrocious. I’d sent many emails that didn’t receive any response, and some that received a response after weeks, sometimes months. 2. The apartment we stay was not the one in the images, it was similar, however the apartment in the photos had better fixtures, more modern furniture, a cleaner modern aesthetic. 3. There were no blankets on the bed. We all froze our first night, the beds only had sheets in the middle of winter, luckily we found some very thin small fleece throws in the closet, but we found only 3 between 4 people, the next day when I asked the reception (which was locked closed so I had to call the number provided) they said that “the cleaners must have taken them to be washed and not returned any” - pretty disappointing for $900 per night. Nit having nice bedding, in winter, is absolutely poor quality work.
