Superb location by the beach and tram. Just beautiful, quiet and super convenient.

Wish there was carpet in the room and better lift service. Long wait and queue for the lift were the least enjoyable experience in this wonderful hotel.

It was luxurious and flash. Big, comfortable bed and pillows, exceptional air conditioning and views. Lovely pools and setups

My booking included “free parking” on the property with which we were told was full and we would have to pay an additional $20 each day for external parking. Furthermore, upon checking in, I overheard the receptionist on the phone being told our room was not ready even though it was an hour past the check in times, and she said so which room can be ready? We ultimately got given a room but found the dirty dishes of previous guests still sitting in the dishwasher. The overall room was quite dusty and marks on the two TVs in the room. The door from our room to the balcony had a broken lock. The shower door in our bathroom would not fully close and when opened to get in would make an awful clunking noise which is hypercritical of the “guests quiet after 11pm” as it most definitely could’ve been heard.

Location and staff were great.

It wasn’t very well maintained and cleaned. Considering it is quite a new hotel, it didn’t appear well looked after. Mouldy bathroom silicon, hair on floors and beds, dinted and scratched walls, broken drawers, very basic balcony furniture.
