A special shoutout to the staff—they are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them! On top of that, our room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Loved the pools, which were relaxing during the day and had more energy and atmosphere in the evenings, which was loved. The breakfast, coffee and food was good; the pina coladas were great! The design of the resort is tropical cool, and it's just across a road from a public beach, which we used to go for a run in the mornings, but not for swimming.

There was an air freshener in the bathroom of our guest room, which was so strong it overpowered the entire room with a very unnatural scent. It took us a while to locate it and then we put it on the balcony. The room we had was oriented towards the road rather than the rest of the resort, so we didn't end up sitting on our balcony. But the facilities like the pools and restaurants were all close by, so it was easy to hang out there instead.

The room was big and clean, there was room service every day. The facilities were great, too: two pools, three restaurants, different bars (including one accessible from the pool), and access to a clean beach. However, the greatest thing about this hotel was the staff: they were very attentive and liked to get to know their guests. We even got some free snacks and a free cocktail (in addition to the welcome mocktail) during our stay! We also were a bit late to the rum-tasting activity, but the host still gave us all the shots (one after the other) to try. If you are on the fence between half-board and all inclusive, half-board is a great option. Since there are so many free activities, we actually got lunch for free one day in the form of a cooking class. We also did a glass-bottom boat ride which was very beautiful. Since the hotel is child-free as well, we can highly recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay during your honeymoon!

The hotel (like many places on the island) is pet-friendly and there was always a cat in the restaurant during the eating times. I am sure, they are clean and healthy, but it would be nicer if they were in a separate place.

Lengthy and tedious check in process given that we arrived at night and were the only guests. Slow drink service, could it be because it's all Inclsuive and the hotel is trying to save on costs Also the drinks were underwhelming, terrible wine selection plus cocktails were not consistent only one guy Don did a great job Food was average, mostly served cold or could end up burning on the chaffing dishes , attempted booking fine dining at Social house even 24hrs prior and was told it was fully booked The massage was a joke! 90mins for over 100 USD, don't even bother The rooms were basic, less amenities just pack well Never been to a hotel where you collect your coffee and sign for it for the each day of your stay from a shop Not to forget some of the waiters were always gloomy, terrible service waiting for drinks and cutlery to be replaced on the tables
