The accommodation surroundings and the installations. We booked at the last minute and it was worth the visit. We enjoyed the sunset by the riverside, kayaking in the morning and felt warmly welcomed by a lovely staff.

In the end we stayed in the rooms with a view on the river. This was excellent. From the hotel you have access directly to the river.
The breakfast was fine but could really have been better. The choice was not so broad even if you could order an egg from the kitchen. It would be better if they had a menu showing options that can be ordered from the kitchen which would complement the buffet items.

Location was nice and staff welcoming.
The price we paid didn't reflect at all on the breakfast and the standard of the room. We could have had a nice room in a small hotel in Mauritius for the same price or a little bit more. Check-in was done by a lady working there , she was very nice to us but apparently it was not her job. The price did not meet our expectations at all. My feedback is also based on my partner's opinion who is an expatriate, residing in Mauritius.
