Good location in a quiet area, close to the seafront and the town centre of Shanklin. nice breakfast and friendly staff
Lots of stairs to get up to the room, as on the 2nd floor.

Good location, our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to bus stop and easy walk to town and beach.

The best thing about this property is its staff. We have never experienced a more accomodating group of staff, and it was probably the highlight of this property. They were extrmeely attentive.
The room was less than basic. The washroom was extremely small, we could not move inside the washroom. There was patches of mold in the washroom which was very unhygenic. No handwash was given, which was very uncomfortable.
