Beautiful building, suite is quite big and nice
The staff here are very rude. Especially Cesar from the front desk. The lifts also need a service as they don’t close properly and keep opening. Also frustrating you cannot open the doors in the apartment as they have restrictors on

Very nice hotel, great breakfast. Located in a very nice neighborhood which allows you great options to eat and walk around. If you dont want to be in downtown, thats the place to be at.
Rooms are small but well decorated and efficient.

The building is charmingly beautiful and has a good infrastructure.
The staff wasn’t so welcoming. Had problems contacting them for room service.
The room is very sober and the mattress was far from comfortable.
The casino experience was poor, staff was cold and understaffed.
